What I do
Real tech help for people running their own business or not-for-profit, plus bigger builds when you need them. Plain English, no lock-in, and no pretending you need AI when you don't.

Discovery & automation package
We sit down and map how your business actually runs: where the hours go, what gets done twice, what you keep meaning to sort out. Then I set up the automations that give you those hours back, and explain every piece in plain English.
- • Map how your business actually runs, not how the org chart says it does
- • Find the time sinks and the double-handling
- • Set up automations that stick, and show you how they work
- • Straight answers on what's worth doing next, and what isn't
$1,500
one-off package
Perfect for: self-employed and small business owners who know something could be easier but aren't sure where to start.

Your tech person
You run a business or a not-for-profit. You don't speak tech, you don't want to, and you shouldn't have to. This monthly retainer makes me your tech person: one arrangement that covers the lot, and someone sitting on your side of the table before you sign anything.
It doesn't bottleneck on one person either. I have trusted admin and design people to bring in when a job calls for it, while staying your single point of contact.
- • Microsoft 365 admin: accounts, access, security, kept tidy
- • Website support: updates, fixes, hosting, small improvements
- • Hardware and software advice: what to buy, what to avoid
- • Quotes and contracts translated, so you know what you're signing
- • First call for anything tech. If I can't fix it, I find the person who can
Monthly retainer
one package · one invoice · scoped to your size
Perfect for: owner-operators and small not-for-profit teams without an IT department. Especially anyone who's ever signed up to something they didn't fully understand because the salesperson talked fast.
Let's scope yours03 / websites
Websites that know their job
My specialty is purpose. Before anything gets built, we work out what your website actually needs to achieve. The structure follows from that, and design and graphics come in wherever they're needed, from trusted people in my network. I stay your single point of contact throughout.
I build on a modern stack, not a what-you-see-is-what-you-get site builder or a framework that locks you in. And I'll be straight about the other kind of lock-in: any developer becomes one if you can't make changes yourself. So I show you how to update your own site, or set that up for you. You're not paying old-school prices either; you pay for fast, focused work.
- • Purpose mapped first: what the site needs to achieve, then the structure to do it
- • New builds on a modern stack: quick to load, cheap to run, secure by default
- • Rescues from site builders and frameworks that have you cornered
- • Hosting, domains, and email set up properly and explained
- • You learn to make your own changes, or I set that up for you
Scoped per project
tell me what you need, I'll tell you what it costs
Perfect for: anyone who's been quoted eye-watering money for a website that doesn't need to cost that, or whose current site is held together with hope.
Tell me about your siteLarger organisation? The AI clarity work (readiness, audits, and production automation builds) has its own page.
